Alphabet Poster, A2

Designed in consultation with Speech & Language Therapists, Primary School and Early Childhood Teachers this alphabet poster is phonetically correct with pictures that are instantly recognisable to children.

The words make sense to tamariki of Aotearoa/New Zealand, rather than many of the images on alphabet charts made in other countries. The letters are in correct formation, shown in both capital and lowercase. 

The thoughtful illustrations make this poster a beautiful piece of wall art for children in it's own right, thanks to As We Are Illustration.

The poster is size A2 and made on thick card so that busy little hands cannot rip the edges. It has a matte finish so that it is not reflective or difficult to see, particularly for children with visual impairments. 

ECE teacher and mother, @playbasedpepi (on Instagram) designed this alphabet poster after never being able to find on that ticked all the boxes she was looking for. So she went about creating one herself that she would actually be satisfied for her own children to use. The poster has been 100% designed, created and printed in New Zealand.
